- Specifications and availability: product descriptions, photos and specifications come from manufacturers and may change without notice. Final specifications are confirmed in a written quotation.

- Project references: projects shown on the website describe our past and ongoing work. Results for your project depend on its own scope and conditions.
3. Quote requests and quotations
Submitting the "Request a Quote" form does not create a contract or oblige either party.
- We cannot guarantee a response time.
- Any quotation we send is valid only for the period and conditions stated in it.
- A supply contract exists only when both parties sign a written agreement or purchase order. That agreement's terms (price, delivery, installation, training, warranty, payment) take priority over these website terms.

4. Intellectual property
The website's text, design, layout, graphics, P&K logo and photographs belong to P&K or are used with permission.
- You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation.

- Language: these terms are published in English and Arabic. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
