This policy explains what personal data P&K SOLUTIONS DMCC collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

This policy covers our website, the "Request a Quote" form, and emails or calls you start with us from the website. It does not cover how hospitals or clinics handle patient data on equipment we supply; that is governed by their own policies.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect only the business contact details needed to answer your enquiry.

Please do not send patient information or other health data through the website. We do not need it to prepare a quotation.
We also collect anonymous usage statistics through our website provider's built-in analytics: pages viewed, visit length, the website that referred you, and your country and device type. These are counted per visit and reported only in aggregate; they are not used to identify you.
3. How and why we use your data
We use your data only for the purposes below and never sell it.

We also use anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics to understand how the website is used and to improve it, based on our legitimate interest in running a useful website.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We share your data only when needed to answer your enquiry or deliver a project.
- Manufacturers and authorised representatives we work with (for example BMT a.s., Linet a.s., Elekta, Codaco Elektronic s.r.o.), to obtain pricing, technical specifications and delivery terms for your project.
- Logistics, installation and service partners, when a project moves to delivery, installation or warranty service.
- Service providers that run our website, deliver form submissions by email, and host our business mailbox. They process data only on our instructions.
- Professional advisers and authorities, such as auditors, lawyers, customs or regulators, when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UAE, mainly in the European Union and Switzerland, and in the country of your project.
This happens because our manufacturers are based mostly in Europe, our business mailbox is hosted in Switzerland, and our projects run across Central Asia, including Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
We transfer data only where the PDPL allows it: to countries with adequate protection, under contractual safeguards with the recipient, or with your consent. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to these transfers for the purposes in Section 3.
Where a project is subject to local data rules, for example Kazakhstan's Law No. 94-V on Personal Data and its Protection, we follow those rules for that project.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.

After these periods we delete the data or anonymise it.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
- The website and quote form use encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Form submissions are delivered straight to our business mailbox and are not stored in a website database.
- Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it to handle your request.
- Spam protection on the form blocks automated submissions.
No internet transmission is completely secure. If a breach affects your data and puts your privacy at risk, we will notify you and the competent authority as the PDPL requires.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
It saves one setting in your browser's local storage: your language choice (English or Arabic), so the site opens in that language next time. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
We measure website traffic with our website provider's built-in analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Each visit gets a temporary random identifier that is discarded when the visit ends, so visits are not linked to each other or to you, and no visitor profiles are built.
If we add other analytics tools or cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
- stop using your data, including for marketing;
- send your data to you or another organisation in a structured format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To use these rights, email PaKS.info@protonmail.com with the subject "Data Protection". We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
10. Other points
- Children: this website is for healthcare professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
- Links to other websites: links to manufacturers and partners are for your convenience. Their own privacy policies apply.
- Changes: we may update this policy. The new version takes effect when published here, with a new effective date. We will tell you directly about material changes that affect you.
